The body has an innate way of healing itself. The Body Code helps you find the causes of imbalance so that they can be addressed and corrected. As you create balance, the way to healing is open for mind, heart, and body.
While working in my chiropractic clinic, I noticed that my patients’ problems seemed to increase in complexity as my ability to help them increased. During my last 10 years in practice, I specialized in working with people with complex problems and suffering from conditions considered mysterious by Western Medicine.
I consistently told these patients, I don’t treat diseases, and I don’t claim to cure diseases.
If we can find those imbalances and fix them, maybe your symptoms will go away. And go away they did.
Somewhere along the line, I developed this compelling feeling that people could do much to help themselves. And it gave me the urge to empower people. I began teaching seminars in 1998. I also taught as many people as I could around the U.S. and Canada for many years. But I worked 60 hours a week in my practice and then flew on weekends to teach seminars. Both my family and I were getting tired of that schedule.
In 2002, I decided to turn my clinic over to someone else and focus on writing The Emotion Code book. It had become clear that the energy healing methods I had developed were not just for my patients or me but for everyone.
After The Emotion Code was published, I stayed busy putting all my efforts into sharing it with the world. But I still had much more information about how the body can become imbalanced and how to resolve it. I had a plan on the back burner to teach eventually. This massive amount of material is best suited for other doctors.
I didn’t know that my plans were about to change drastically. One early morning in August of 2008, I woke up feeling inspired to take all the information I had learned about energy healing. I put it into a self-study course that anyone could understand, and made it available to everyone everywhere. I had no question about what I needed to do.
So I spent the next year putting everything I knew into a simplified Program, which we now know as the Body Code, a mind mapping system. It helps you discover what could be happening in your body through a simple point-and-click process of elimination.
This is why, when a trapped emotion is removed, it often changes how people feel. It changes the feelings that tend to well up inside certain people who experience events that otherwise would seem to go away.
These trapped emotions are contributing to problems like depression, anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders, and self-sabotage of all kinds. Trapped emotions are also the primary and underlying cause of PTSD. These trapped emotions also contribute to the high divorce rate in our world. And on a larger level, these trapped emotions contribute to the strife and anxiety in the world. So getting rid of these emotions is an essential thing to do not only for yourself, but also for our planet.
