Sometimes the answer isn't one thing

Some people come to me feeling frustrated because they've worked incredibly hard to feel better

  • They've tried therapy, supplements, exercise, meditation, and countless other approaches
  • Some things helped
  • Some didn't

Yet they still have the feeling that something isn't quite coming together.

It's to step back, look at the bigger picture, and thoughtfully explore where to begin.

This May Be a Good Fit If...

One reason I value the Body Codeā„¢ is that it gives us an organized place to begin when everything feels connected.

Rather than focusing on just one area, the Body Code is an energy-healing system that provides a framework for exploring emotional patterns, body systems, structural balance, nutrition and lifestyle, and environmental influences that may be affecting your overall well-being.

The purpose isn't to chase every symptom.

It's to step back, look at the bigger picture, and thoughtfully explore where to begin.

This May Be a Good Fit If...

  • You've tried several approaches but still don't feel like yourself
  • Stress seems to affect both your emotional and physical well-being
  • Different challenges in your life feel connected, even if you can't explain why
  • You're looking for a whole-person approach rather than another quick fix
  • You're curious about exploring your health from a broader perspective

What a Session Is Like

We begin with whatever feels most important to you.

If you've never experienced muscle testing before, that's perfectly okay. Before we begin, I'll explain exactly how the process works and answer any questions you have. During our session, you'll simply relax and talk with me as we gently explore the concerns that brought you here. There's nothing special you need to do or prepare.

Every session is different because every person is different. Sometimes we spend more time exploring emotional patterns. Other times we work through different areas of the Body Code framework. Together, we'll move through the process one step at a time and decide where it makes the most sense to begin.

My Approach

For more than thirty years, I've had the privilege of working with people through illness, loss, major life transitions, and personal growth.

One thing I've learned is that people are rarely as simple as the problem they're trying to solve.

That's why I don't rush to conclusions or assume there's only one place to look.

I approach every session with curiosity, compassion, and respect, meeting you where you are and helping us discover a thoughtful place to begin.

What to Expect

  • Sessions are 45 minutes
  • Sessions are available by phone or in person when available
  • You remain fully clothed throughout the session
  • No special preparation is required
  • You'll receive written notes after every session
  • Some people come once. Others return whenever another layer feels ready to explore

When This Is Not the Right Starting Point

The body is wonderfully complex, and new, severe, persistent, or worsening physical or emotional symptoms deserve appropriate medical or mental-health evaluation.

If you're experiencing a mental-health crisis, or if something new or concerning is happening with your health, that deserves the appropriate kind of care first. If I believe another type of support would serve you better, I'll tell you. My goal is always to help you find the support that best fits your needs.

Energy-healing sessions are designed to complement your overall well-being, not replace medical care, mental-health treatment, or other qualified professional support.
